"Ishreen Bradley and Mel Larsen have helped Serpentine rebuild our internal culture with a strongly anti-racist foundation. Thanks to them, our staff is better equipped to actively listen to the experiences of our colleagues of colour, who have reported improved feelings of belonging as result of this ongoing work.
We now have a clearer sense of where we stand as an institution that has committed itself to reflecting Intentional Inclusion in everything we do—as well as a tangible path forward for how to further realize this. Staff at all levels have consistently grown and developed as the various trainings and sessions have continued.
Over the nine months since we began working with Ishreen and Mel, we have revised our employee proposition and senior administrators representing communities of colour have joined the Serpentine team.

"Change Management for DEI"
I chose to work with Ishreen Bradley in an Executive Coaching relationship based on her experience of change management related to equity, diversity and inclusion.
Ishreen has supported me in thinking through how best to engage diverse and intersectional groups in our Firm. Some areas Ishreen has assisted me to work through include: how to help adapt the firm to shifting work and life attitudes of clients and staff; how to encourage development of prospective and junior partners; thought leadership and creative idea generation; empowering direct reports to engage differently with others in their team who may think differently.
What I particularly value about working with Ishreen is that nothing is off limits and we can have an open dialogue about all areas of the business and its challenges as well as my personal approach to life. She always has good ideas and unique perspectives on problems that I and colleagues struggle with and having the time devoted to consider these in the round helps me to progress and, hopefully, helps to nudge the firm in the right direction too!

"Deep Understanding"
I have enjoyed working with Ishreen as an Advisory Board Member on our Amazon sponsored research project: “Making a Difference – Why Women in STEM become Innovators.” Ishreen brought a deep understanding and extensive knowledge of the challenges faced by women innovators to this research programme, which has since being used extensively to drive discussions with WISE members.
Ishreen’s facilitation and workshops are also highly valued by our clients. Feedback on her contribution to The Chief Scientific Officer’s WISE Healthcare Science Leadership Development Programme fas well as her session on the WISE 2020 conference demonstrate her engaging style, depth of knowledge and positive impact.
